The current website does not load advertising trackers or a website analytics service. Done Cal uses the following storage to provide the features you request.
Account session
caldone_account is an essential first-party cookie that identifies your signed-in session. It lasts up to 30 days, is inaccessible to page JavaScript, and uses Secure protection on HTTPS. Signing out clears the cookie and revokes the session.
Sign-in attempt
caldone_login binds an emailed code to the browser that requested it. It lasts 10 minutes. A successful verification consumes the server challenge even if the cookie remains until expiry.
Earlier calendar connections
caldone_calendar may remain from earlier versions of the beta, for up to 30 days. Current account-based connections use your Done Cal account session instead. You can remove an old cookie in your browser’s site settings.
Local plans
Without an account, Done Cal uses the browser database caldone-web-beta for events, checkmarks, postponements and Focus. It remains until you or your browser clears it. Account calendar content is not copied into this local database automatically.
Your controls
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser. Doing so signs you out and can permanently remove guest plans; export a backup first. It does not delete server account records or unsubscribe you from emails. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in or the local calendar from working.
There is no optional website tracking to accept or reject in this version. If optional tracking is added, we will explain it and obtain consent where required before it runs. Native app analytics are described in the native app notice.
