Download your plans
In the browser app, open Data & backups and choose Download backup. When signed in, this exports your saved account calendar; when signed out, it exports this browser’s guest calendar. A calendar backup does not include all account or mailing-list records.
Disconnect a provider
Open Connected calendars and choose Disconnect & remove copies. This removes Done Cal’s stored connection credentials and current event copies through the app flow. You can also revoke Done Cal in Google or Microsoft account settings. Your original provider calendar is not deleted. Previously downloaded backups and Focus history may still contain information from those events.
Leave email lists
Use the unsubscribe link in a Done Cal beta or launch email. It removes your eligibility for beta feedback, App Store and Google Play messages. This does not delete your account or stop sign-in codes you later request. If you cannot find the link, contact us.
Sign out or delete account data
Account includes Sign out here and Sign out on all browsers. Neither deletes saved account data. Full account deletion currently requires a request to the operator; there is no automatic deletion button in this beta. Clearing browser storage only removes local data and cookies.
Make a privacy request
Contact contact@aranlabs.com. Tell us which email address you used, whether your request concerns the browser account, mailing lists or both, and whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy right. Do not send sign-in codes, passwords or an entire calendar as proof of identity. We may ask for only the verification needed to protect your information.
Where GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month. If an extension is legally permitted, we explain it in that first month. Some information may need to be retained under an applicable obligation or to respect an email opt-out; we explain any exception and its retention period. See your rights and complaint options.
Native iCloud data and Apple purchases have separate controls. Deleting a Done Cal browser account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
