BETA PRIVACY & TERMS

A clear starting point.

Calendar and account data: without signing in, events, checkmarks and Focus history stay in this browser; clearing site data can remove them. When signed in, Done Cal stores your plans, checkmarks, postponements and Focus records encrypted on its server so you can retrieve them in another browser. Supabase verifies your email and manages sign-in. An essential HttpOnly cookie identifies your account session for up to 30 days. Your existing local calendar is only copied to an empty account if you choose to transfer it. Connected-calendar events pass through the server and their copies are saved with your account. Provider credentials are encrypted; disconnecting removes the connection and its current event copies. The native app uses separate storage and does not yet share these account records. Exported backups contain event data; keep them private. Account sign-in does not join a mailing list.

Signup data: we store the email address, optional name, device choice, your separate email choices, and dated confirmation/unsubscribe records. Confirmed subscribers are added to the matching Done Cal lists in Resend; pending signups are not added to those lists. We use these for beta participation, feedback requests, and the App Store and/or Google Play launch notifications only if you select them. Signup does not enrol you in paid Done Cal Core or Pro.

Your choices: confirmation is required before joining a mailing list. An unsubscribe link removes you from all Done Cal email lists. The browser app remains usable without signup. Contact the support address on our support page for access or deletion requests.

Early software: features may change. Keep backups and retain your source calendar. The browser beta currently places multi-day events on their start day. Connected calendars refresh on opening, every five minutes while visible, and when you choose Refresh, covering 90 days back and a year ahead. A failed refresh keeps the last successful events. Optional file imports remain snapshots. Edits to source events should be made in Google or Outlook.

Publication review: retention periods, provider agreements and international-transfer arrangements are awaiting review. The operator is Aran Labs LLC; see the privacy notice for its registered office and contact details. This local preview does not send email. Public signup requires these details and a verified sender.
