Restore purchases.

Restore Core or an active Pro subscription through the app using the Apple Account you originally purchased with.

Restore in Done Cal.

Check your Apple Account.
Use the same Apple Account for App Store purchases as you used before.
Open a Done Cal purchase screen.
Choose Restore Purchases on the Core or Pro screen. Apple may ask you to sign in.
Let Apple refresh access.
A restored Core purchase or verified active Pro subscription unlocks its features. An expired subscription does not become active again through restoration.

Check your internet connection, confirm in-app purchases are allowed, then restart your device and try Restore Purchases again.

If Apple shows a charge but Done Cal cannot restore access, do not purchase again just to troubleshoot.

Use the same purchasing Apple Account. The Watch companion reads access from its paired phone; purchases are handled on the phone.
