YOUR CALENDARS, TOGETHER

Start with the
calendar you use.

Connect your account once, then choose the calendars that belong in your day.

Connect in the browser ↗

In your browser

Sign in to your Done Cal account, then use Connect calendars to sign in with Google or Microsoft, then choose the calendars to show. Refresh runs while the app is open. These integrations require the beta’s provider registrations before real sign-in is available.

Google Calendar, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 are the prepared web integrations. Work or school accounts may require an administrator’s approval. Direct iCloud and other CalDAV browser connections are not available in this beta.

On iPhone and iPad

Done Cal uses the calendars connected to your device. If Google, Outlook, iCloud or another supported calendar is already visible in Apple Calendar, open Done Cal and allow full calendar access when asked.

  1. If needed, open Settings → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account. On older iOS versions, look under Settings → Calendar → Accounts.
  2. Choose Google, Outlook.com, Exchange or your provider and sign in. Enable Calendars for the account.
  3. Return to Done Cal, allow calendar access, and choose which calendars to display.

For CalDAV, choose Other when adding an account and follow your provider’s setup. iCloud calendars use the Apple Account connected to the device.

What stays in sync?

Both versions can show events from the same supported provider account. Web checkmarks, postponements and Focus records are saved to your Done Cal account when signed in, or to this browser when using it locally; native completion uses private iCloud sync. They do not yet share completion state. The browser reads provider events; create or edit source events in your usual calendar app.
